When the Mayor opened the new fair, everyone cheered in celebration. All except one. Katharine Harley stood at the back, feeling nervous about the performance she was about to put on. She was tall and willowy, her red skirt matching her red and pink checked shirt. As the Mayor cut the ribbon, Katharine noticed something strange.
